Free Phone Support - We will consult with you over the phone to try to resolve your problem for up to 10 minutes at no charge. In that time, we'll either solve your issue or be prepared to fix it for you with a service call.

Service Call - £55/hour + hardware and/or software
Our service call covers any computer or network related service.
Any hardware costs are additional. Due to the complexity of business software applications and networks, we are unable to offer flat fee pricing to our commercial customers. We do offer our commercial customers a discounted hourly rate for support when purchased on a support contract. For more information, please contact us.
